Welcoming guests
As you get off the bus, our services begins. The ladies welcoming the guests await you with great enthusiasm and try to make you feel at home. The attendants will provide you with hot towels and refreshments at any time.

Front Desk
The Front Desk is located in the main hall on the first floor, with the information office, the cash desk, and the baggage section. They provide the following services such as inquirying, cashing, taking food orders, ?foreign exchange, waking-up calls, depositing, luggage conveying etc. throughout the day.

Guide Service
Each cruise ship has professional guides. Usually according to the composition of the tourist party, we will arrange one to two professional guides including a Chinese and English speaking guide. A meeting will be conducted by the tourist guides to brief all the tourists? about the journey before the cruise ship navigates. Each day, the guides will inform through the central broadcasting system or bulletin board to all tourists the activities arrangement of the next day. They will guide tourists to participate in various activities and introduce the Three Gorges to tourists.

Meal Service
According to the guests' diet, we have prepared sumptuous dishes and drinks. We provide both Chinese and Western food for you. We have top-ranking chefs on board who will serve you delicious dishes.

Guest Room Service
Each guest room has the control for the central air-conditioning and central broadcasting system. You may regulate by yourself according to your need. Some rooms are outfitted small bars, which provide various beverages. The room attendants will clean the room and make the bed for you every day. In addition, you may enjoy laundry service, and the attendants will send and fetch clothes for you.
